3/5 I expected more excitement. There is no revenge, as the description suggested. The racist sheriff spreads lies and poses as an honest citizen. In reality, he is a dog-killing, cold-hearted, ignorant man. Not a very good book.
wow...those are some strong words to decribe a man. Have you read any good books since this one? ( Did you have your first day of public school today? How was that? What electives are you taking?
